Each day the learning will start with an energizing and inspiring keynote from a key leader. On Monday afternoon, Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam will kick-off the conference with a warm Tennessee welcome. The next day, world-renowned futurist Jim Carroll will speak to attendees about the challenges of the economic correction through a focus on innovation, teaching them to aggressively adopt for tomorrow, today.
The NATSO Show will also offer two morning sessions geared specifically toward future leaders in the industry. In the session The ABC’s Of Networking on Tuesday morning, Thom Singer will teach attendees how to position themselves for networking success at the conference and beyond. Wednesday morning DAS Companies, Inc. will present an interactive, hands-on training session on the basics of merchandising strategy including product location, selection, presentation and messaging.

Operators will learn ways to reduce their employee retention rate and also increase their average ticket.
Excellence In Shop Repair: Hear directly from successful truck repair shops operators on how they exceed their sales goals, manage safety concerns and cut costs.
NATSO is also introducing Snap Learning in which attendees can take part in 20-minute power sessions full of business intelligence. Planned topics include diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) pump options, understanding restaurant feedback and more.
